Yes, if you're in the local Melbourne, Florida area you'll have full club access and can partake in our renowned personal training program. Our workouts are safe and fun and for all levels. And we've got remote plans if you are ready to get moving, but we've designed T4 to help you succeed with as little or as much exercise as you want to do.

2. Will the program help with my out of control eating?

Definitley. Small steps, with out impossible diets, restrictions and starvation, are key. We will focus on addition (of nutrient dense, tasty foods), rather than subtraction of all the foods you like.

3. Will there be modifications for dietary or physical limitations?

Of course. Whether it's with movement or eating, we are here to help. We'll keep it simple and adjust for any restrictions or injuries. The program is a great starting point, and we can make it work for you.

4. How much support will I receive?

Lots! Weekly phone / zoom calls with coach Rod and a supportive community of people like you, make all the difference.
